Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.

Shipping Domestic Shipping

Once we receive orders, please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing and 3 - 6 business days for delivery depending on your location. During sales, please allow an extra 2 days for processing. All addresses go directly to the shipper from the computer the exact way that it is typed on the original order. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Please place apartment numbers etc. so that it is clear it is an apartment number, etc. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, check your spam folder as well. We ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays. After your package has left our facility, we are not responsible for delays on delivery though we are always willing to help to gain further information.

Lost Orders

Paradise Sunless & Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please track your order and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. We can however create a case with the carrier. Any lost or stolen mail should be reported to the shipping carrier. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, your shipping provider will have the most current information regarding your package.

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

However, this does not apply to items that are damaged during transit. To qualify for a refund or exchange, please email us at info@paradisesunless@beauty.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. Include a description of the damage along with an image. Our customer service team will assist you with the return process. Once we receive the damaged item, we will send out a replacement if available. If not, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs), which will be reflected in your bank account within 5 - 7 business days. If your solution has leaked a little during shipping, the solution in the bottle is still good & usable, we overfill for this matter. If you have questions or need trouble shooting help with your product- please email us, it is our job to help and support you.

Warranty on Machines

We are an authorized distributor for MaxiMist. If you purchase a MaxiMist spray tan system, warranties must go through them.
